Team Registration

Thank you for your interest in registering for Ruckus this year!  Please fill out the form below to register.

Be sure to register soon as the number of teams is limited!

Registration Cost: $675 USD (payment deadline: October 10th)

Final Registration Deadline: October 3rd at noon

After you have registered, you will receive an e-mail with further instructions on submitting the registration fee.  Registration fees must be paid in full by the payment deadlines indicated above to secure your team's spot at the indicated price.

Second Robot Registrations

For those teams wishing to bring a 2nd Robot to Ruckus, please indicate as such on the registration form below. 2nd robot registrations will be held on a wait list (in order of registration) until Friday October 3rd, 2025. After October 3rd, those teams that indicated they would like to bring two robots will be contacted directly by the Ruckus Planning Committee as to the status of their 2nd robot registration and payment information.  Pricing for 2nd robot registrations will be based on the pricing of the original overall team registration and payment regardless of when the 2nd robot is approved to compete. Rookie Teams

Teams newly forming in the 2025-2026 season will have their registration fee waived to attend Ruckus and compete as a way to get the team off to a solid start.  Please check the appropriate box on the registration form.  We may be able to arrange a loaner robot for Rookie teams to drive during the event!  Please put a note in your registration form that you are interested and someone will contact you to follow-up.
